I currently do not accept insurance, but if your insurance provider reimburses for out-of-network practitioners, I will be happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to file your own claims.
Payment is due at the beginning of each session. I accept cash, credit and checks. Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled 24-hours in advance to avoid missed appointment fees.
